Feature Overview
The MyCompliance Teams app 4.0 provides end users with an alternative approach to review and complete their assigned policies, assessments and courses - without needing to log directly in to the MyCompliance platform.
Content intended for users via the MyCompliance platform seamlessly integrates with the Teams app, making it readily accessible to end users. Additionally, administrators can promptly notify users via Teams when new content requires their attention.
To obtain the most recent version of the MyCompliance Teams app (released in May 2024), please reach out to your MetaCompliance representative to ensure you receive the latest updates.
The latest version of the Teams app includes:
Continuation of all features available in previous versions.
- Notifications: Users will receive alerts similar to Teams chat or channel notifications. These alerts will briefly appear in the lower-right corner of the screen, and a corresponding alert will also be added to the user's Activity feed within Teams. (See: MyCompliance Teams App Notifications)
- Viewer Discretion: Videos within this tile can be viewed in all supported languages, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Homepage Display Alignment: If you have opted to hide the Mandatory/Optional column on MyCompliance homepage, this preference will also be applied in the MyCompliance Teams app.
⚠️ Update 7th November 2024: New Features

Teams Notification in a user's preferred language: Notifications are now localised based on each user’s preferred language setting.
- Hide modules for the user homepage on site and Teams app: Administrators can customise which modules/tiles appear to users via the company Edit page—applies to both the main site and the Teams app.
- Update 'Not typical eLearning' tile: Cyber Police now has a dedicated and more prominent space within this tile.
- Homepage Translation: Users can switch the UI language directly from the homepage.
- Risk Score Dash: End users can view their personal risk score on the homepage.
