We’ve added two new filters—State and Enrollment Timespan—to the Policy, Survey, Course, and Content Audit reports to help improve performance and reduce page load times.

Admins can now filter between Published and Archived states and 6-month timespans when the users were enrolled on the content.

State Filter

• Clicking on the State filter allows admins to switch between audits for content in either a Published or Archived state. 
• By default, audits for published content will be shown when the page loads.

Enrollment Filter

• Clicking on the Enrollment Timespan filter enables admins to view audits for users enrolled on content within specific 6-month periods. By default, audits will display users enrolled within the last 6 months (0-6 Months).

⚠️ Please note: Admins can still access the full audit report (including both published and archived content, as well as all enrollment Timespans) by exporting the data either via the Excel or CSV buttons.
