If a SCIM user rejoins our organisation, can we recall their data/audits?
The audits of SCIM users who leave your organisation and therefore become disabled in your AD and MetaCompliance will remain on the MetaCompliance platform for 30 days.
After those 30 days have lapsed, the user information associated with the audits will be automatically and permanently deleted from the platform. This data cannot be retrieved.
If a user leaves but rejoins within those 30 days, their account will simply be re-enabled, and all of their audits will remain intact.
However, if the 30-day period has passed before the user rejoins, the platform will recognise them as a completely new user, meaning they will have no previous audits.
