To ensure users complete their assigned courses in full, you can enable the universal Disable Fast-Forward setting, which prevents them from skipping through video elements.

• Navigate to Settings → Company Edit → System Settings to enable this option.

• Once enabled, users will be unable to fast-forward any mandatory video elements within Fusion courses or Phish Learning Experiences.

⚠️ Exceptions

• This setting does not apply to optional videos that are publicly available within the MyCompliance Library, i.e. videos not created as part of a course, or when viewing videos within the Fusion Course Creation tool.
• This feature is only available for customers using MetaEngage v2 or above.
