Yes, previously saved reports can be renamed. To do this, follow these steps.

• Navigate to Reporting > Privacy > Register Reporting > Select Report.
• Select the desired report from the drop-down menu. 

• In the 'Report Name' field, enter the new naming convention.

• Select Save.

You will now receive the following notification: 

• To finish, select Confirm to complete the process.
