Yes, this can be done if you no longer need a saved report within Privacy Reporting. 

To action this:

• Navigate to Reporting > Privacy > Register Reporting.
• Select Report from the drop-down menu. 

• Use the 'Column Visibility' settings to add or remove columns as needed.

• Select Save.
• You will then be presented with the following notification: 

• Finally, select Confirm to apply your updates.
