No, within Register Reporting, you will only see your own saved reports; you will not be able to see the saved reports belonging to any other Data Protection Officers. 

• To access your saved reports, navigate to Reporting > Privacy > Register Reporting.
• All reports created and saved will appear in the 'Select Report' drop-down.
