Question Logic can be added to particular questions within the Incident Assessment Creator. 

• To add this function, navigate to Settings > Privacy > Assessment Creator > Choose Assessment > Edit.
• If Question Logic can be applied to a particular question, the below icon will be visible beside the question.

• Select the above icon and turn on Hide Question by Default.

• A rule will then need to be added; select Add Rule.

• Next, choose your question and response from the drop-down. 

• Select Save.
• Note: Question Logic will need to be applied individually to all questions you wish to be hidden by default, and only appear after a particular response is selected.
