Applying Question Logic in the Incident Assessment Creator

Question Logic can be added to specific questions within the Incident Assessment Creator. 

To enable this feature:

• Navigate to Settings > Incident > Assessment Creator > Choose Assessment > Edit.
• If Question Logic is available for a particular question, the icon shown below will appear beside it.

• Select the above icon and enable Hide Question by Default.

• A rule will then need to be added. Select Add Rule.

• Choose the relevant question and response from the drop-down. 

• Select Save.
• Note: Question Logic must be applied individually to each question you want to hide by default or display only after a particular response is selected.
