Yes, if you have the MyCompliance Teams App 2.0, users are able to submit an incident by clicking the 'Report Incident' button.

• Once this option has been selected, the user will be directed to the Incident Assessment on the MyCompliance platform.

• You must have purchased the Incident module, and have the latest version of the MyCompliance Teams app installed, for this to be available.
• If you have purchased the Incident module, and cannot see the Incident tile within the MyCompliance Teams app, you may need to upgrade to the latest version.
• Please contact your MetaCompliance representative to avail of the latest version.
