Navigation Menu Updates

In line with the MyCompliance 10.0 upgrade, improvements have been implemented across the left-hand navigation menu. These updates reduce the number of clicks required to complete tasks and provide clearer guidance for all user types.

  • All modules have been updated to include their corresponding actions on the left menu, while these same actions remain accessible from the main tiles.
  • The User area has been renamed to User Management, as it now contains all tasks related to managing users.
  • The Tools option has been renamed to Settings, reflecting its expanded role in housing all configurable platform settings.
  • The Help and Support option has been changed to Knowledge Base and moved to the left menu.
  • The What’s New? option has been renamed to Product News and also moved to the left menu.
  • The FAQs have been updated and moved to the left menu for all user types.
