Navigation Menu Updates

Release Date - 29th October, 2022

In line with the MyCompliance 10.0 upgrade, we have implemented improvements to the left-hand navigation menu. These updates will reduce the number of 'clicks' needed when completing tasks, as well as providing clearer instructions to all user types.

  • All modules have been updated to include their corresponding actions on the left menu, alongside these actions also being available on the tiles.
  • The 'User' area has been renamed to 'User Management' as this now contains all tasks related to the management of your users.
  • The 'Tools' option has been renamed to 'Settings' as this now contains all the relevant settings that can be customised for your platform.
  • The 'Help and Support' option has been changed to 'Knowledge Base' and moved to the left menu.
  • The 'What’s New?' option has been renamed to 'Product News' and moved to the left menu.
  • The 'FAQs' have been updated and moved to the left menu for all user types.
