'Error Notice' when completing a Fusion course

We have found that when users are completing their assigned Fusion courses, they may occasionally experience a session timeout.

  • If this occurs, we will attempt to refresh their session and return the user to their last completed location within the course.

  • If the issue persists, the user will be automatically logged out and prompted to sign in again.

  • Once they have successfully signed in, they will be redirected back to their last completed location in the course.

⚠️ Note: Courses using SCORM Transfer or Direct Access (no login required) will not prompt users to sign back in, as their session will be refreshed automatically as needed.
