If you are a Policy customer, you will notice on Microsoft Teams that you have a section called 'My Assessments' (shown below): 

This 'Assessments' feature is linked to the 'Survey Creation' section within the Policy module. 

Within Assessments, you will find any outstanding surveys/assessments that are sent to an end user.
