New and current customers can avail of the option to request a Custom URL for platform login.

By default, the platform login URL appears as https://cloud.metacompliance.com

However, we can update 'cloud' and change this depending on your preference; for example, most organisations will change the URL to reflect their company/organisation name.

• There are limits to this; we ask that all changes are constructed solely of letters (a-z) and that one specific special character is included, i.e. the '-' symbol if required.
• No other special characters are permitted.
