How to clear the cache on Outlook Desktop Client (Windows)

  • To clear your cache on Outlook, you should first select File, followed by Exit.

  • Next, open your Run menu by pressing the Windows key and R together, i.e.  Win + R.
  • Type in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache.
  • Select OK.
  • Delete everything within.
