There are six steps in creating and publishing a Phishing Simulation:
- Options
- Email Attachments
- Learning Experience
- Exit Summary
- Target
The first of these is Phish Details, and once within this section, you need to complete the below information:
Name: Populate the name of the Phishing Simulation here.
Description: Add a description of the Simulation.
Select Language: Choose the language of the Simulation from the drop-down. For Multi-language Phish you can select multiple languages.
Manage in Campaign: This will allow the Phishing Simulation to be populated within a Campaign with other content, e.g. Course and Policies. See also: How Do I Add Content to a Campaign?(This option is not available when multiple languages have been selected.)
Save as Test Data: This will omit this Phishing Simulation from the Phish Reporting. See also: 'Save as Test Data' – What does this do?
Anonymous Responses: Selecting this will anonymise the identity of the users from the Reporting. See also: Anonymise the Phish Reports
Keywords: By default, these are already populated, but you can add your own and select 'Enter'.
Categories: A category must be selected. If a category is not available, it will need to be created via How to Create Categories
