When an Approver has been sent a Policy, they will be notified in 2 ways.
Method 1 - Email Notifications
An approver will receive at least one email notification when they have been requested to approve a policy. If the 'Due Date' allows, they can receive weekly reminders. An example of this email notification can be seen below:
Method 2 - Platform Notifications
When you log in to MyCompliance, you will receive a notification that lets you know what outstanding content you have yet to complete in training and policies. This notification will also include outstanding Approver Notifications.
