When using the 'Approvals' process within Policy, you are required to select one rule from four.

Here are those 4 rules explained.

1. Named Approver: The Named Approver from the drop-down MUST approve the policy, or it will not go live.
2. Simple Majority: Three or more approvers are assigned to this policy, and at least 2 must approve (or more).
3. Absolute Majority: Three or more approvers are assigned to this policy, and all 3 must approve.
4. Named Approver + Simple: The Named Approver MUST approve, along with at least 2 other approvers, or it will not go live. If Simple Majority approves, but the Named Approver does not, it will not go live.
