What does the 'Timestamp' filter do within Reporting Audits?

Within Reporting, the 'Timestamp' filter indicates the time that the user accessed the content.

  • For a Policy, the timestamp will be recorded when the user accepts the policy.
  • For a Fusion course, the timestamp will register when the user accessed the course. If this user does not complete the course until the following day, then the 'Completed Date' will override the 'Start Date'.

This can be viewed for each module under:

  • Reporting > Learning > Overview
  • Reporting > Policy > Overview

Click on View Audits on the piece of content you wish to view, and then on Column Visibility.

  • From the displayed menu, select Timestamp to use this filter within your reports.
