Data Entry Forms are a clever way of understanding how vulnerable your end user is and whether they are willing to go that one step further and provide sensitive information to a potential hacker.

They are only valid for ONE click, so if an end user clicks on 'Log in', 'Register', 'Submit' or any other submission button, the form will no longer be presented to them if they attempt to click on the same phishing exercise for a 2nd time. 

If the the user does click for a 2nd time, they will diverted to the selected Learning Experience.
