SCIM Targeting is the process which allows admin users to target required users with content.

An admin has a number of available options/methods when it comes to targeting users via SCIM - see article How do I send a Policy to required SCIM users? for further information on these.

• One of those options is the ability to target users via organisational departments; this is located within the 'Target' tab:

• All current and future users who have been assigned to the selected department/s will then be targeted with this content.
• The department-targeting feature will then be locked out upon point of publishing. This means that the admin will not be able to include further departments at a later point.
