What Reporting is Available for the 'Privacy' Module?
Within the menu of the Platform, click the '>' symbol to expand Reporting:
- Next, expand the 'Privacy' option by clicking on the '>' symbol again:
- This will gather the following three reports:
This provides an overview of relevant areas, with a breakdown of each. Included are the following: Processing Activities by Status, Sensitive Data Types, Number of Risks and Severity Per Program, Risky by Severity, Top 10 Most Used Business System, Processing Activities used by Department.
Privacy Assessment Reporting
The Privacy Assessment Report will display the questions and answers that have been asked within a Privacy Assessment. Unlike the Register Report, the questions in the Assessment Report will be displayed in the same order as they appear within the Privacy Assessment.
This report is created by the filtering of Data as follows: Select Report, Report Name, Main Register, Related Register and Multiple Tables (Yes/No).
Subject Access Request Reporting
As with 'Privacy Reporting' (above), this is another report created by the filtering of Data as follows: Select Report, Report Name, Main Register, Related Register and Multiple Tables (Yes/No).
