What Reporting is Available for the Privacy Module?

Within the menu of the Platform, click the '>' symbol to expand Reporting:

  • Next, expand the Privacy option by clicking on the '>' symbol again:

  • This will gather the following three reports:

Dashboard

This provides an overview of relevant areas with a breakdown of each. Included are the following: Processing Activities by Status, Sensitive Data Types, Number of Risks and Severity Per Program, Risky by Severity, Top 10 Most Used Business System, Processing Activities used by Department.

Privacy Reporting

This report is created by the filtering of Data as follows: Select Report, Report Name, Main Register, Related Register and Multiple Tables (Yes/No).

Subject Access Request Reporting

As with 'Privacy Reporting' (above), this is another report created by the filtering of Data as follows: Select Report, Report Name, Main Register, Related Register and Multiple Tables (Yes/No).
