Within the Cisco Admin console, navigate to Mail Policies.

• Click Host Access Table. 
• Then, HAT Overview. 
• Check that InboundMail is selected.
  Add Sender Group: Name this as you wish, and then change the Policy dropdown to $Trusted and add our IPs. MetaCompliance Mail Server IP Addresses

To skip Filter Scanning, you will also need to:

• Navigate to the 'Mail Policies' tab.
• Under the 'Message Modification' section, enter our IPs in the Bypass Domain Scanning table.
• Click Submit, and then Commit Changes.
