Why can I not see the report from a published course?
If you are unable to see the reporting from a published course, this could be because you have not yet targeted anyone with the course.
- This can easily be resolved on the platform by navigating to Learning > Learning In Progress, and then by selecting the appropriate course:
- Once here, click View Course:
- Having selected the course, click Targets to choose which users you wish to include.
- Finally, to save your list of targets, select Update Targets followed by Update Course. (This will now republish the course to the correct users within 24 hours.)
