Why can I not see the Report from a published course?

If you are unable to see the Reporting from a published course, this could be because you have not yet targeted anyone with the course.

  • This can easily be resolved on the platform by navigating to Learning > Learning In Progress, and then by selecting the appropriate course:


  • Once here, click View Course:


  • Having selected the course, click Targets to choose which users you wish to include.
  • Finally, to save your list of targets, select Update Targets followed by Update Course. (This will now republish the course to the correct users within 24 hours.)
