Why Can I Not See the Report from a Published Course?
If you are unable to see the Reporting from a published course, this could be because you have not yet targeted anyone with the course.
This can easily be resolved on the Platform by navigating to Learning>Learning In Progress, and then by selecting the appropriate course:
- Once here, click View Course:
- Having selected the course, click Targets to choose which users you wish to include.
- Finally, to save your list of targets, select Update Targets followed by Update Course. (This will now republish the course to the correct users within 24 Hours.)
