Anonymous Responses will collect statistical information only in the Reports. 

Unfortunately, you cannot send either uncompliant or automatic reminder email alerts to users.

As only one email can ever be sent, once that first email has gone, we are unable to gauge who has/has not completed the content; therefore, we are unable to send an email reminder to uncompliant users.
