How is a Campaign targeted or scheduled to a new joiner/user?
When a new user needs to be added to a Campaign, either automatically or manually, this can be completed by following the steps in the following article: How do I add new joiners to a Campaign?
- Once the user has been added to the Campaign, they will receive the email for their first piece of content within 24 hours.
- The new user will then receive the subsequent steps of the Campaign in the same schedule that was originally set up.
- Prior to receiving the emails, new joiners can complete all published content within that Campaign via the 'My Outstanding Content' section in their MyCompliance Library.
- Example: If a 12-month Campaign has been set up, and one piece of content is published every 4 weeks, any new user who joins will receive an email for the first piece of content. They will then get the remaining content emails every 4 weeks.
