How is a Campaign Targeted/Scheduled to a New Joiner/User

When a new user needs to be added to a Campaign, either automatically or manually, this can be completed by following the steps in article: How Do I Add New Joiners to a Campaign?

Once the user has been added to the Campaign, they will receive the email for the first piece of content in that Campaign within 24 hours.

The new user will then receive the subsequent steps of the Campaign in the same schedule that was originally set up. 

New Joiners can complete all published content within that Campaign prior to receiving the emails, via the 'My Outstanding Content' Section in their MyCompliance Library.
