How do I upload an Encouragement to add it to a Fusion course?

To upload an Encouragement, and have it available within the 'Encouragement' section (under 'Fusion Template Creation'), please follow the steps below.

  • First, navigate to Admin Home > Learning > Content Creation:

  • Select PDF as the 'Media Type'.
  • Select Encouragement as the 'PDF Type'.

  • Enter the 'Name', 'Translated Name' & 'Description' of the Encouragement.
  • Next, choose the relevant Language.

  • Enter Keywords to help search within the MyCompliance Library.
  • 'Upload File (MP4/MP3/PDF': Select the relevant Encouragement.

  • 'Categories': Assign it to the relevant category.

  • 'Upload Image': Select File, and choose an image relevant to the Encouragement.

  • Once completed, select Upload (top right-hand corner) to make the policy available within the Fusion Course Creation 'Encouragement' drop-down.
