To update the Owner/Creator of a Privacy Assessment, navigate to Privacy>Programs, and open the relevant program that the Privacy Assessment has been linked to; then, open Step 2 of the Program and search the name of the Privacy Assessment.

• Once the Privacy Assessment has been found, click Actions button>Change Creator.

• A pop-up window will appear and will ask you for the new Assessment Creator email address - this user will need to be added to the platform beforehand - and whether you would like to send them an email to notify them that the Privacy Assessment has been reassigned.
