Policy - Internal Versioning

An automatic version number will be generated once a policy is created/published.

  • When creating a policy, the admin user can also specify the relevant internal versioning via the below field:

  • If you require the customer policy version to be displayed to end users on their home page and within the Policy Overview Report, you can enable this setting within Settings > Company Edit > System Settings

  • The customer policy version field can be added as a new column to the Policy Overview Report via the 'Column Visibility' button.
