End users will receive the Uncompliant Email depending on when they were originally targeted with the course/policy.

When this email is triggered, and the user has already received all of their weekly reminders - the final one of which being at least one week previously - then the email will be delivered automatically.

If the email is triggered, and the user has not yet received all of their weekly reminders, they will not receive the email at that point, and will only receive it once they are classed as 'Uncompliant'.

An 'Uncompliant User' is someone who has received all of their weekly reminders but who has failed to complete their assigned content within one week of the final reminder.
