To archive a policy, you first need to access the Admin home page by clicking on either the 'MyCompliance' logo on the top-left of the platform, or by selecting your username on the top right.

• Next, select Admin View from the drop-down list.

• From here, open Policy > Policies in Progress:

• Locate the policy in question and, under the 'Actions' column, click Options > View Policy. 

• While viewing your policy, click on the 'Archive' button:

• Before archiving, the platform requires a note with a minimum of 20 characters before finally clicking to confirm.
