The Support Toolbar appears at the left-hand side of an admin's platform:

An end user is unable to see this particular toolbar, as it is only available to admins. 

• Knowledge Base: This will take you to our Knowledge Base, where you will find user guides and support on various aspects of functionality within the platform. 
• Product News: This opens a new page allowing an admin to see the most up-to-date changes to the platform.
• FAQs: This is where you will find the answers to the most popular questions that are asked of us.
