Opinion: This is for gathering information from End Users when there is no correct/incorrect answer(s). Question Types available for use within an Opinion Survey include text box responses and multiple choice. Often used to gather Feedback from End Users.

Test: This is for a Test/Knowledge Assessment. A pass mark can also be assigned to ensure understanding. The Test Survey is most commonly used in conjunction with a Policy to ensure that the user has read the entirety of the Policy before attesting to it.

Register: This is for a Register Response, which an End User can access more than once if they are required to do so; for example, the registration of an Incident.
