When creating a survey, there are 3 Survey Type Classifications to choose from:

1. Opinion: This is for gathering information from end users when there is no correct/incorrect answer(s). Question types available for use within an Opinion Survey include textbox responses and multiple choice. This is often used to gather feedback from end users.
2. Test: This is for a Test/Knowledge Assessment. A pass mark can also be assigned to ensure understanding. The Test Survey is most commonly used in conjunction with a policy to ensure that the user has read the entirety of the policy before attesting to it.
3. Register: This is for a Register Response, which an end user can access more than once if they are required to do so; for example, the registration of an Incident.
