To create a policy in multiple languages, follow all steps within article How to create a policy and add a separate section for each language. 

• Section 1 (below) will automatically appear for your policy. To add additional sections, click on Add Section.

• Under 'Title' for each section, enter the name of your policy with the language included: 

• Upload your policy documents for each Section in the relevant language. 
• When your end user is targeted, they will be able to view all sections and select their preferred language.
