Can an end user edit an Incident Report after submitting it?
An end user cannot edit an Incident Report after they have made a submission. However, as an administrator, you can make necessary changes to any Reported Incident, including any information entered by an end user.
- Go to Incident > Reported Incidents, and refer to the 'Actions' column beside the Incident to which changes are due to be made; click View.
- You can edit any information in this section.
