An End User cannot edit an Incident Report after they have made a submission. However, as an Administrator, you can make necessary changes to any Reported Incident, including information entered by an End User.
Go to Incident>Reported Incidents, and refer to the 'Actions' column beside the Incident to which changes are due to be made, and Click View.
