Can I Remove a Reported Incident?
You can delete a Reported Incident by accessing Incident > Reported Incidents. (This will bring you to a list view of the Reported Incidents.)
- Go to the 'Actions' column beside whichever Incident you would like to remove, click the arrow and select Delete.
- Once you have actioned this, a pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your selection.
- You can either Confirm to go ahead with the removal which will delete all data associated with the Reported Incident, or Cancel to stop the process of removal from the system.
