Phish Report showing 'Incomplete' for the attached Learning Experience
Having failed a phishing exercise, there are a few reasons why a user might be flagged as not having completed the attached Learning Experience (LE).
- The user has not taken the training; you will be able to gauge this from the 'Time In Learning' column and from the user's individual dashboard.
- They have not watched the full Learning Experience and have not selected 'Complete' to register as a completion.
- They have watched the full Learning Experience but have not selected 'Complete/Accept' to register as a completion.
In order to confirm completion, users must first watch the Learning Experience and then click Complete (or your chosen edited button text) in order for it to reflect the status as 'completed' in Reporting.
