Phish Report showing 'Incomplete' for the Attached Learning Experience
There are a few reasons as to why a user has been flagged as not completing the attached Learning Experience (LE), after failing a Phishing exercise.
1. They have not taken the training, which you will be able to see from the column 'Time In Learning' and from the User's Individual Dashboard.
2. They have not watched the full Learning Experience and have not selected 'Complete' to register as a completion.
3. They have watched the full Learning Experience and have not selected 'Complete/Accept' to register as a completion.
4. They have to watch the Learning Experience and click Complete (or your chosen button title) in order for it to reflect the status as 'completed' in the Reporting section.
