How Do I Customise Reporting?

If you would like to customise the fields within Reporting, you can use the 'Column Visibility' button that will allow to to amend the fields within the report you wish to see. 


  • From here, you are now able to agree with the customer which metrics you wish to see on the Report, by either selecting or deselecting different options:


  • You can also use the search functionality if you are looking to create a Report on a specific person:


  • Once your report has been created, you are able to save it so that it becomes the automatic report displayed once you enter the database and/or export the report onto Excel or CSV
