How do I customise Reporting?

If you would like to customise the fields within Reporting, you can use the Column Visibility button to amend the fields you wish to display within the report.

  • From here, you can agree with the customer on which metrics to include by selecting or deselecting the relevant options.

  • You can also use the 'search' functionality if you need to create a report for a specific person.

  • Once your report has been created, you can save it so that it becomes the default report displayed when you access the database. You can also export the report to Excel or CSV.
