You can to check the device-type used to open a phish, e.g. mobile, iPad or desktop, etc. by first accessing Reporting on the left-hand side panel. 

• Click on Phish followed by Phish Device Report from the drop-down menu. 

• Once within the 'Phish Device Report', you will see a pie chart showing your 'Overall Device Statistics'. 

• In addition, you can also search for individual phish reports by choosing the relevant phish from the following drop-down located on the right-hand side. 

How do we determine what device is used?

This is determined using PluginDetect - a JavaScript library that detects browser plugins.

The PluginDetect library is intended to work with all the major browsers, such as Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Chrome, Safari, Opera, SeaMonkey, Flock, and so on.
