Allowlisting (Whitelisting) in Hornet Email Security

• Log in to the Hornetsecurity Control Panel with your administrator credentials.
• Go to the menu for Deny & Allow Lists or your spam protection sender configurations
  
• Click the + Add entry button.
  
• Set the type or value to accommodate the specific IP address or CIDR range (such as /24 or /28 subnets) you want to bypass filtering
• 
• 
• Save or apply your changes.

Add your relevant Data Centre IP addresses.  Found here / or provided by your Support Representative.
