Action Menu

Each simulation has an action menu accessible from the Phish Activity table. The following actions are available:

  • View - Opens the simulation setup, allowing you to review the full configuration.
  • View Audit - Opens the Phish Audit report for the simulation, displaying per-user engagement data including clicks, QR scans, data entry, attachment opens and reports. Accessible via two routes: Phishing → Reports, or directly from the action menu in Phish Activity.
  • Archive - Moves the simulation to the Archive status. Archived simulations remain visible in the Phish Activity table but are no longer active. Available on all statuses except Archive.
  • Delete - Permanently removes the simulation. This action cannot be undone.

Editing a Recurring Phish

Once a Recurring Phish has been published, some configuration can be edited from the 'View' option.

When the simulation is in a Planned or Running state, you can edit:

  • Templates and Learning Experiences - changes apply to future runs.
  • Targets - changes apply to future runs.
  • Enable Risk Score and Exclude from Reporting Settings - these settings apply to all runs in the simulation. These settings can only be changed when Anonymous Responses are disabled.

When the simulation is in a Completed state, you can edit:

  • Enable Risk Score and Exclude from Reporting Settings - these settings apply to all runs in the simulation. These settings can only be changed when Anonymous Responses are disabled.

The Phish in Progress page will be retired soon and replaced by the Phish Activity page.
