1. Navigate to your Vade portal and log in with your admin account.
2. On the navigation bar, click on Settings > Email Protection
3. Allow list then click on + add a new email, IP or domain address.

4. Depending on which Data Centre you are using, please add the MetaCompliance Sending IP address, and the DKIM signing domain.  Ref: MetaCompliance Mail Server IP Addresses - All Data Centres

In this example, we added the European Data Centre IP addresses and DKIM signing domain:

5. Then click on Allow, and Save.
